▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene oxide/metal organic framework three-phase composite material, involves (a) dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride in N,N-dimethylformamide, adding graphene oxide, surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and acetone, ultrasonically treating and heat stirring, leaving still overnight, and blending into a composite fiber membrane by an electrostatic spinning machine, (b) taking the metal organic framework material as copper-benzenetricarboxylic acid (BTC) or ZIF-8, and preparing a precursor solution of copper-BTC or ZIF-8, (c) cutting the composite fiber membrane obtained in step (a) into small pieces and uniformly placing into the metal organic framework precursor solution obtained in step (b) to immerse the composite fiber membrane, and placing the sealed reactor in an oven, after the reaction, taking out the composite fiber membrane, washing with absolute ethanol or methanol, and drying overnight. USE - The method is used for preparing polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene oxide/metal organic framework three-phase composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method combines electrospinning with metal organic framework to produce textiles with excellent adsorption properties and to obtain personal protective clothing that adsorbs volatile organic compounds and other toxic substances. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene oxide/metal organic framework three-phase composite material, involves (a) dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride in N,N-dimethylformamide, adding graphene oxide, surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and acetone, ultrasonically treating and heat stirring to make it uniformly dispersed, leaving still overnight at room temperature, and blending into a composite fiber membrane by an electrostatic spinning machine, where the mass ratio of polyvinylidene fluoride, N,N-dimethylformamide, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and acetone is 50:315:1:135, and the ratio of graphene oxide to polyvinylidene fluoride is 1:1000, 1:200, 1:100, and 3:100 respectively, the mass of graphene oxide to the mass of polyvinylidene fluoride is 0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, and 3%, (b) taking the metal organic framework material as copper-benzenetricarboxylic acid (BTC) or ZIF-8, and preparing a precursor solution of copper-BTC or ZIF-8, (c) cutting the composite fiber membrane obtained in step (a) into small pieces and uniformly placing into the metal organic framework precursor solution obtained in step (b) to immerse the composite fiber membrane, and placing the sealed reactor in an oven at 100 degrees C for 7.5 hours or 6 hours, after the reaction, taking out the composite fiber membrane, washing with absolute ethanol or methanol for 3-6 times, and drying overnight at 100 degrees C to obtain the product.
