NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene cement additive comprises weighing 10-20 pts. wt. graphene powder, 70-80 pts. wt. anhydrous gypsum, 4-8 pts. wt. dendritic polyamidoamine, 5-10 pts. wt. cement adhesive, 30-40 pts. wt. slag powder, 4-8 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 5-7 pts. wt. defoamer, 4-8 pts. wt. surfactant, 6-12 pts. wt. inorganic salt and 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water, mixing graphene powder, anhydrous gypsum, dendritic polyamidoamine, cement adhesive and slag powder, adding deionized water, mixing, adding water reducer, defoamer, surfactant and inorganic salt, mixing, adding deionized water to obtain pre-mixed slurry, mixing slurry, heating slurry, extruding slurry, slicing slurry, heating sheet-shaped raw material, drying, grinding to obtain graphene cement additive, packaging graphene cement additive powder, printing label and date code on outer package of packaged graphene cement additive, transporting graphene cement additives to ventilated and shaded place and stacking into piles. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene cement additive. ADVANTAGE - The graphene cement additive can effectively thin hole structure of cement base material and improve rupture strength and compressive strength. The dendritic polyamide amine improves dissolving amount of effective component in mixing process and increases interaction of multiple material surfaces. The water reducing agent makes graphene cement additive improve fluidity of cement mixture. The inorganic salt makes graphene cement additive improve compactness and impermeability of cement base material. The slag micro powder improves workability of cement and reduces hydration heat to avoid problem that the cement base material is easy to crack.
