▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphite labeled with stable isotope 13C framework, is claimed. The ratio of the number of atoms of the graphite 13C/12C is 1-10%. USE - The graphene oxide is useful in quantitative research of graphene oxide materials in living organisms (claimed), and isotope tracing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the graphite, comprising (i) drilling the graphite electrode along the electrode axis, and filling the hole with 13C amorphous carbon powder, (ii) placing the graphite electrode filled with 13C amorphous carbon powder in the step (i) into direct current arc discharge reactor as discharge anode, (iii) contacting the discharge cathode with the discharge anode in the presence of hydrogen and helium under vacuum conditions, and ablating the discharge anode in the step (ii), and (vi) collecting the deposits on the discharge cathode, and crushing the collected deposits; and (2) graphene oxide labeled with stable isotope 13C framework, comprising oxidizing the graphite labeled with stable isotope 13C framework described.
