NOVELTY - A flame-proof weather-resisting cable material comprises 100 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane, 20-30 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 5-15 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene microsheet, 4-6 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 2-4 pts. wt. flame retardant, 4-6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. UV absorbent, and 1-2 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Flame-proof weather-resisting cable material. ADVANTAGE - The cable material has low-smoke, high safety, and long service life and meets outdoor temperature and heating installation environment requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of cable material comprising extruding polypropylene-grafted-maleic anhydride and compatibilizer; adding thermoplastic polyurethane, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, graphene microsheet, flame retardant, antioxidant, UV absorbent and lubricant and high-speed mixing for 5-10 minutes; and extruding, melting, and granulating.
