▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A lithium-ion batterysilicon-based negative electrode material is obtained by utilizing ultra-fine silica powder waste generated in the production of optical fiber by the vapor deposition method, and wet milling carbon material and graphene. Fine silica glass body is contacted with the carbon material and graphene tight surface, filtered, and dried in a reducing atmosphere at a certain system pressure of 60-150 pa and a temperature of 1300-1600 degrees C. Carbon reduction sintering process is carried out for 4-10 hours, naturally cooled and prepared silica is utilized as elastomeric substrate, where the substrate is formed of silicon, silicon carbide, carbon, graphene composite lithium batteries negative electrode material. USE - Lithium-ion batterysilicon-based negative electrode material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a lithium-ion batterysilicon-based negative electrode material, which involves soaking waste in 5-15% concentration of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or nitric acid, followed by stirring for 2-3 hours, removing collected impurities introduced during shipment, repeatedly washing with deionized water, filtering, filtering and drying the product, preparing silica powder by adding purified deionized water to the dispersion, heating under water bath, controlling water bath temperature at 50-80 degrees C, magnetically stirring or ultrasonically dispersing for 3-4 hours to be sufficiently dispersed silica powder, adding carbon material under stirring, adding homogeneous graphene material, where the weight ratio of the silica powder waste, carbonaceous material and graphene material is 2:1:7-5:3:2, placing in an agate pot, where the ball feed ratio is 4:1, milling for 4-6 hours, washing with ethanol, filtering and drying, placing above mixture in a sintering furnace calcination in presence of hydrogen/argon or hydrogen/nitrogen gas mixture, where the amount of hydrogen is 30-70 vol.%, maintaining the furnace pressure was at 60-150 pa, raising temperature rate to 5-15 degrees C/minute, raising the temperature to 13000-1600 degrees C, sintering at constant temperature for 4-10 hours and naturally cooling, to obtain silicon, silicon carbide, carbon, graphene composite materials, as lithium-ion batterysilicon-based negative electrode material.
