▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-nitrogen silicon-vanadium-iron alloy comprises 16-20 wt.% titanium , 20-24 wt.% iron , 6-10 wt.% aluminum , 15-20 wt.% vanadium , 1-2 wt.% magnesium , 1.5-2.5 wt.% copper , 2-3 wt.% nickel , 1-3 wt.% chromium , 10-16 wt.% silicon dioxide , 3-5 wt.% binder , 0.5-0.8 wt.% modifier , 2.5-3.5 wt.% high temperature resistant component and 2.5-3.5 wt.% toughening component. The anti-oxygen and anti-corrosion component comprises polypyrrole, benzene sulfinic acid sodium, isopropyl alcohol-sulfamic acid and octyl benzene alcohol. The high temperature resistant component comprises polyolefin, mica powder, graphene, polyisoprene raw material and epoxy resin. The toughening component comprises polyolefin elastomer, silicon rubber, carboxy nitrile rubber, polyamide, polyurethane and nano-titanium dioxide. USE - Used as high-nitrogen silicon-vanadium-iron alloy. ADVANTAGE - The high-nitrogen silicon-vanadium-iron alloy: has excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance and toughness, and reduced oxygen content; and is easy to use.
