NOVELTY - Laser foaming auxiliary agent composition, comprises boron nitride, graphene oxide, coupling agent and thermoplastic polymer in mass ratio of 1:(1-15):(0.05-0.3):(1-30), preferably 1:(1-10):(0.05-0.2):(1-15). USE - Laser foaming auxiliary agent composition used for preparing laser foaming polymer material (claimed), e.g. thermoplastic polymer and thermosetting polymer. ADVANTAGE - The method greatly improves the dispersibility of the laser foaming auxiliary agent in the polymer materials by added laser foaming auxiliary agent composition into various colored polymer materials, realizes remarkable laser foaming effect, and provide colored polymer foaming material with uniform cell structures. The preparation method is simple and efficient, and is suitable for polymer materials (such as thermoplastic polymers and thermosetting polymers) with different colors, has a wide application prospect, and is very suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: A method for preparing laser foaming auxiliary agent composition, which involves: dissolving a thermoplastic polymer in an organic solvent to obtain a thermoplastic polymer solution. The graphene oxide and boron nitride are uniformly mixed, added the mixture into an alcohol solvent, and carried out ultrasonic treatment on the mixture to obtain a graphene oxide/boron nitride dispersion liquid. The coupling agent is added into a water/alcohol mixed solution for prehydrolysis, and then uniformly mixed the coupling agent with the graphene oxide/boron nitride dispersion liquid to obtain a dispersion mixed liquid. The polymer solution is dropwise added into the dispersed mixed solution under stirring, followed by precipitating, filtering and drying to obtain the laser foaming auxiliary agent. A laser foaming polymer material, which comprises a colored polymer base material and a laser foaming auxiliary agent composition, preferably, the laser foaming auxiliary agent composition is accounts for 5-45 wt.% colored polymer base material, and more preferably 25-45 wt.% lLaser foaming auxiliary agent composition. A method for preparing laser foaming polymer material, which involves adding the laser foaming auxiliary agent composition into a colored polymer base material, and performing injection molding or curing molding. The laser-induced foaming is carried out on forming material to obtain a laser foaming polymer material, preferably, the conditions of the laser-induced foaming are the laser wavelength is 193 nm-10.6 µm, the laser scanning speed is 100-2000 mm/s, preferably 1000-2000 mm/s, and the laser energy is 5-30 W, preferably 8-20 W.
