▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene compounds (I) are new. USE - (I) are useful in electrolyte, power storage device (all claimed), semiconductor device, a display device, a light-emitting device, and memory device. ADVANTAGE - (I): have an insulating property and an affinity for lithium ions; exhibit high ion conductivity; provide material with high dispersibility in a solvent, and can withstand high temperatures and deformation; provide the power storage device that can be changed in shape, i.e. a flexible power storage device; prevents high material cost; and are eco-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene compounds of formula (I) are new. G layer = graphene layer; one of R1, R2 = chain group comprising an ether bond or an ester bond; other of R1, R2 = H; a = ether bond, ester bond or bond of formula (R3-O-Si(CH3)(OCH3)(OR3); b1, g1 = optionally substituted 1-10C alkylene; B1 = alkoxy or alkylamino; and R3 = H or optionally substituted 1-10C alkyl. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) an electrolyte comprising (I) and a lithium salt; (2) a power storage device comprising (I), an exterior body, a positive electrode current collector, and a negative electrode current collector; and (3) manufacturing (I).
