▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-density and high-strength quartz ceramic matrix composite material comprises 90-95 pts. wt. amino-modified fused quartz, 2-3 pts. wt. N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, 1-2 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 1-1.5 pts. wt. N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. ammonium citrate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.5-1 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.25-0.35 pts. wt. ammonium sulfate, 0.15-0.2 pts. wt. sodium borohydride and 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. reduced graphene oxide. USE - Used as high-density and high-strength quartz ceramic matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent thermal shock resistance, low dielectric constant and low loss tangent value, small thermal expansion coefficient, simple preparation technique and enhanced mechanical properties; exhibits synergistic effect of carbon fiber, ammonium sulfate, sodium borohydride, and reduced graphene oxide prepares boron nitride nanosheets to improve brittleness and mechanical properties of quartz ceramics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-density and high-strength quartz ceramic matrix composite material.
