▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nanocomposite hydrogel comprises polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl chitosan, modified graphene oxide, sodium alginate, oxidized hydroxypropyl starch, crosslinking agent, reducing agent, nanocellulose crystals, hydrogen peroxide and sodium benzene sulfonate. The weight ratio of nanocellulose crystal, hydrogen peroxide and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate is (10-20):(3-7):(5-8). USE - Nanocomposite hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite hydrogel has high tensile strength and increased elongation rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nanocomposite hydrogel, which involves (1) ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide in deionized water for 20-30 minutes to obtain aqueous graphene oxide solution, adding styrene and ball milling graphene oxide and styrene to obtain styrene/graphene oxide nanocomposite, (2) mixing 10-20 pts. wt. crushed Eucalyptus pulp with sodium hydroxide, heating at 70-90 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain cellulose pre-reactant, adding 65 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid solution to cellulose pre-reactant and mixing well, heating in water bath at 50-60 degrees C for 2 hours, centrifuging and precipitating to obtain cellulose suspension, centrifuging cellulosic suspension to remove larger precipitates and crystallizing to obtain nanocellulose crystals, (3) adding polyvinyl alcohol, sodium alginate and deionized water to three-necked flask, heating in water bath, mechanically stirring for 1-4 hours, heating in water bath at 60-80 degrees C while adding carboxymethyl chitosan, and mechanically stirring for 4-6 hours to mix the mixture evenly, and (4) cooling the mixture obtained in step (3) to room temperature, adding styrene/graphene oxide nanocomposites to mixture, ultrasonically dispersing oxidized hydroxypropyl starch, mechanically stirring for 1-2 hours to disperse styrene/graphene oxide nanocomposite evenly to obtain mixed solution, (5) adding crosslinking agent to mixed solution prepared in step (4), ultrasonically dispersing reducing agent for 0.5-1 hours to completely dissolve, placing in ice water bath for 25-35 minutes under nitrogen gas environment, adding nanocellulose crystals, hydrogen peroxide and sodium benzenesulfonate, uniformly mixing to prepare composite solution, transferring the resulting composite solution to glass test tube quickly, removing bubbles in the system under vacuum and heating at 60-70 degrees C.
