NOVELTY - Multi-metal-based wear-resistant disc brake pad comprises 6-8% organic binder, 8-15% rare earth modified metal reinforcing material braided fiber, 5-10% nano-carbon-based modified metal powder, 8-15% inorganic reinforcing fiber, 10-20% friction performance modifier, 25-35% anti-wear lubricant, 5-10% inorganic nano-modified rubber powder, 5-8% high temperature inorganic binder, 3-8% grinding agent, and 15-30% space filler. The rare earth modified metal reinforcing material woven fiber comprises 40-60% rare earth modified stainless steel-manganese-titanium braided fiber, and 30-60% rare earth modified copper cotton-tungsten-aluminum braided fiber, and the surface of the braided fiber is wrapped with a high temperature resistant organic resin protective film. The nano-carbon-based modified metal powder comprises 40-60% graphene-modified copper powder, 20-30% carbon fiber-modified zinc powder, and 20-30% carbon nanotube-modified tin powder. USE - The brake pad is useful for passenger and cargo and to the braking conditions of automobiles when running at high speed and heavy load.
