▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electrochemical biosensor comprises an electrode unit comprising a working electrode on which an aptamer or a sensing antibody capable of binding to a target material is immobilized and surface-modified with a graphene nanoplatelet complex, and a microfluidic channel unit and a junction portion for coupling the electrode unit and the microfluidic channel unit. The binding is non-permanent binding method. USE - Electrochemical biosensor for detecting exosome (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor enables qualitative and quantitative detection and analysis of target material with high sensitivity and accuracy. The target material can be recovered even after detection. The leakage of fluid can be prevented. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) kit for detecting exosome; and (2) analysis of target material, which involves providing a liquid sample for analysis, injecting the sample into a particle injection unit of a microfluidic channel of a sensor for detecting a target material, concentrating the target material through the vortex formed in the reaction portion of the microfluidic channel, forming a complex by specifically binding the target material with aptamer or detection antibody immobilized on working electrode facing the reaction unit, and analyzing the target material in the sample by measuring the electrochemical signal generated by the complex.
