PVC resin, 10-16 pts. wt. vermiculite, 33-39 pts. wt. high temperature activated bamboo charcoal powder, 40-60 pts. wt. graphene powder, 31-41 pts. wt. chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, 13-17 pts. wt. tribasic lead sulfate, 2-6 pts. wt. barium stearate, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. p-hydroxyanisole, 1-3 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, 7-9 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 5-7 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 11-13 pts. wt. stilbene and 7-11 pts. wt. diisobutyl phthalate. USE - Used as graphene water spraying sheet. ADVANTAGE - The water spraying sheet: can cooperates with the honeycomb sheet structure to increase the surface area and improve the heat dissipation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene water spray sheet comprising (1) taking PVC resin, vermiculite, high temperature activated bamboo charcoal powder, and graphene powder, mixing, performing activation treatment at high temperature of 1000-1200 degrees C, pouring into the grinder, and grinding to obtain 500 mesh powder; (2) adding the mixture obtained in step (1) into the drying device, controlling the temperature of drying device, slowly increasing the drying temperature from 80 degrees C to 130 degrees C, after the temperature reaches 130 degrees C, gradually cooling to 80 degrees C and maintained, so that the mixture is gradually dehydrated and dried in the drying device to prepare dry mixture; (3) adding chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, tribasic lead sulfate and barium stearate to the dry mixture obtained in the step (2), adding it to high-speed mixer, and mixing for 6-8 minutes; (4) adding the p-hydroxyanisole, maleic anhydride, polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, stilbene and diisobutyl phthalate to the mixture obtained in step (3), adding it into the mixer for mixing, adding prepared mixed scraps into vacuum dryer, and heating, so that the mixed scraps can be quickly dried for use; (5) adding the mixed raw materials obtained in the step (4) to the PVC high-speed mixer to dry the raw materials, drying process is high-speed stirring for 11-13 minutes, stirring speed is 1200-1400 revolutions/minute, then low-speed stirring for 7-9 minutes, stirring speed is 500-700 revolutions/minute, the surface temperature of the mixed raw materials reaches 105-115 degrees C; (6) adding the dried raw materials obtained in the step (5) into a plastic mixing machine for plasticization to obtain a rubber material; (7) conveying the rubber material obtained in step (6) between the pressure rollers of four-roll calender via conveyor belt, rolling and forming into film by the pressure roller; heating non-twisted glass cloth to be laminated by infrared, and laminating it when the surface temperature of the non-twisted glass cloth reaches 140-160 degrees C; and (8) heating and molding the semi-finished product obtained in the step (7) into honeycomb sheet.
