NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nano-belt load palladium monoatomic catalyst comprises (i) adding graphene nano-belt multi-walled carbon nanotube into a strong oxidant, oxidizing under temperature conditions, centrifuging, then cleaning to obtain graphene nano belt, and (ii) adding graphene nano belt, stabilizer and palladium precursor, dissolving in deionized water, stirring at 10-200 degrees C, centrifuging, grinding, mixing with solid powder, annealing at the protective temperature, naturally cooling to room temperature, washing with absolute ethanol for multiple times, then drying under vacuum to obtain final product. USE - The monoatomic catalyst is useful in the field of hydrogen production (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product: has excellent catalytic performance and stability; and method: has simple preparation process; and is suitable for industrial production.
