▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing functionalized graphene-modified porous polyether-ether-ketone material, involves (a) using soluble salt or soluble acid salt as filling particles, carrying out melt blending with polyether-ether-ketone and dissolving the soluble salt or soluble acid salt to obtain a porous polyether-ether-ketone, (b) placing the graphene oxide into a tubular ceramic membrane, controlling the pore size to 100-500 nm, controlling the flow rate in the tube to 0.5-2 m/second, the pressure intensity of 0.1-0.5 MPa and the flow rate of 3-6 m3/hour to obtain 0.5-10 g/l graphene oxide slurry, and (c) assembling the functionalized graphene on polyether-ether-ketone, dipping the material in a high-dispersion graphene oxide solution to obtain a graphene oxide-polyether-ether-ketone composite material and drying the composite material at 100 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for preparing functionalized graphene-modified porous polyether-ether-ketone material for preparing a porous artificial bone component (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides large number of active sites through the implantation of graphene oxide, improves interaction with proteins through hydrophobic and electrostatic interactions and helps to enhance osteogenesis of cells.
