NOVELTY - Preparing ceramic anticorrosive paint involves mixing 10-30 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 1-4 pts. wt. of silicon carbide powder, 15-30 pts. wt. of high aluminum cement and 4-8 pts. wt. of dispersant, ball milling the mixture, disperse 5-10 pts. wt. of silicone polymer, 2-5 pts. wt. of fluorocarbon polymers and 2-4 pts. wt. of emulsifying agent and 40-50 pts. wt. of water. The first component is slowly dispersed to the second component, and mixied uniformly under the condition of stirring and dispersing to obtain the final product, where each raw material is the same weight unit. USE - Method for preparing of ceramic anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, the prepared coating has good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, the toughness of the coating is obviously reinforced, the bending degree of the substrate reaches the corresponding central angle between 0.2-0.5 radian, the ceramic coating of the non-visible surface layer is broken or dropped, and the toughness is good.
