▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An alkane-based composite material contains multi-layer graphene directly intercalated and homogenized in the lamellar structure of paraffin. The composition has thermal conductivity of 0.290-0.320 W/mK and thermal transfer rate of 40% as compared with the paraffin. USE - Alkane-based composite material is used as phase-change materials in electronics, high power batteries, lithium ion batteries, motor vehicle component, construction components and agricultural component. ADVANTAGE - The alkane-based composite material has excellent thermal properties, thermal conductivity and transfer rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of alkane-based composition, which involves exfoliating natural carbon flakes using an ultra-mixer, mixing 90-110 g paraffin pre-heated to 80-110 degrees C with 1 g natural graphite, ultrasonically mixing at 400-600 rpm for 5-10 minutes, mixing at 4800-5200 rpm for 30-40 minutes.
