NOVELTY - A graphene quantum dot light-emitting body is manufactured by adding acidic catalyst to solution to which hetero atom-containing compound is dissolved or dispersed and heating. USE - Manufacture of graphene quantum dot light-emitting body used as light source of display or bioprobe. ADVANTAGE - Graphene quantum dot light-emitting body which exhibits excellent luminescent property, high durability, and high quantum yield can be easily manufactured.
