NOVELTY - High temperature resistant spray coating comprises 18-26 pt. wt. inorganic silicone resin, 9-12 pt. wt. modified silica sol, 13-19 pt. wt. environmentally friendly solvent, 3-6 pt. wt. inorganic high temperature resistant pigments and fillers, 0.5-1.1 pt. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. leveling agent, 1-2 pt. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 1-1.5 pt. wt. chain extender, 1-1.5 pt. wt. catalyst, 18-26 pt. wt. propellant, and 17-25 pt. wt. composite functional filler. USE - The spray coating is useful in automobile part, semiconductor industry, aerospace industry, petrochemical industry, mechanical industry and medical industry. ADVANTAGE - The coating film: can be stably cured at normal temperature; has high temperature resistance of more than 900℃, adhesive force, weather resistance, excellent hardness, and satisfy environment-friendly requirement and good construction atomization ; and convenient operation, and also satisfies aerosol packaging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing high temperature resistant spray coating comprising adding inorganic silicone resin, solvent, chain extender, inorganic high temperature resistant pigment and filler, wetting and dispersing agent, anti-foaming agent and composite functional filler into the reaction tank to disperse to obtain color paste, adding modified alcohol-soluble silica sol, leveling agent, catalyst, and disperse to obtain coating, adding a stirrer to the aerosol can, filling the coating into an aerosol can, adding a large-capacity female valve, sealing, filling the propellant, and installing the press head after passing through the water bath.
