▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flame-retardant polyurethane aqueous emulsion comprises 15-20 wt.% polyhexylene adipate, 10-15 wt.% toluene diisocyanate, 5-10 wt.% 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid, 1-5 wt.% flame-retardant filler, 0.1-0.5 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.5-1 wt.% bactericide, 0.1-0.5 wt.% antifoaming agent, and remaining of water. USE - As flame-retardant polyurethane aqueous emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant polyurethane aqueous emulsion has improved flame-retardant ability, reduces rate of combustion heat release, which meets requirements of environmental protection, ease of use and stability, and realizes high-efficiency utilization of graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the flame-retardant polyurethane aqueous emulsion, which involves (a) mixing polyethylene adipate with water, controlling the temperature to 70-80 degrees C, adding toluene diisocyanate and 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid while stirring at 80-100 rpm, and reacting to obtain a reaction mixture, and (b) testing that the amount of isocyanate groups in the above reaction mixture is reduced to less than or equal to 2 %mass, reducing the temperature to 35-45 degrees C, adding flame-retardant filler and graphene oxide under stirring at a rotation speed of 60-80 rpm, heat-preserving for 0.5-1.5 hours, performing vacuum distillation, cooling, adding the bactericide and antifoaming agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the flame-retardant polyurethane aqueous emulsion.
