▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing sulfonated polysulfone polymer doped carboxylic acid sulfonated graphene hybrid membrane involves (i) preparing the carboxylic acid sulfonated graphene through sulfonation reaction and carboxylation reaction, (ii) adding carboxylic acid sulfonated graphene powder to concentrated sulfuric acid and reacting at 90-180 degrees C for 6-12 hours, and (iii) adding the polysulfone polymer to the concentrated sulfuric acid solution of carboxylic acid sulfonated graphene obtained in step (ii), stirring the reaction to obtain uniform film casting solution, defoaming, scraping the film and placing it in the coagulation bath to obtain phase separation (A) film, washing and immersing in water and freeze-drying to obtain the sulfonated polysulfone polymer doped carboxylic acid sulfonated graphene hybrid film. USE - The method is useful for removing calcium and magnesium ions in water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method adopts one-pot braised film-making method, is simple and controllable to operate, low in cost, solves the problem of difficult recovery of the powder adsorbent and can quickly adsorb calcium and magnesium ions in water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a sulfonated polysulfone polymer doped carboxyl group prepared using above-mentioned method.
