NOVELTY - A graphene modified rubber pad comprises 100 pts. wt. natural rubber, 100 pts. wt. butylbenzene rubber, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 25-40 pts. wt. carbon black, 35-50 pts. wt. figuline, 1-10 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.1-1.2 pts. wt. accelerator DM, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. accelerator DPG,0.1-1.5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent SP, 1-30 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant 4020, and 0.2-1.8 pts. wt. antioxidant RD. USE - Graphene modified rubber pad used in railway lines, bridges and ballasts (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber pad has service life reaching to more than 8 years, good mechanical performance, small abrasion amount, and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of the rubber pad comprising cutting 1-5 g rubber; putting in oven at 50-75 degrees C and standing for 40-55 hours; adjusting roller distance to 0.9-1.2 mm, mixing natural rubber and butylbenzene rubber, adding graphene, carbon black, argil, sulfur, accelerant DM, accelerator DPG, antioxidant SP, silane coupling agent, antioxidant 4020, and antioxidant RD, mixing, adjusting roller distance to 8-11 mm, slicing, and cooling; and molding, flat vulcanizing at 160 degrees C, arranging on metal plate, cooling to room temperature, and trimming edges.
