▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flame-retardant polyurethane material comprises 20-25 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 20-25 pts. wt. isocyanate, 3-5 pts. wt. expandable graphite, 1-3 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate and 0.05-0.25 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide. USE - Flame-retardant polyurethane material. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant polyurethane material modifies the graphene oxide, improves the dispersibility and compatibility in the matrix material, and improves the flame retardance of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a flame-retardant polyurethane material, which involves dispersing 0.5-3g graphene oxide ultrasonically in 100-150ml dimethly formamide solution, then adding 3-8 drops of DBTDL, and finally adding 1-5ml IPDI at a constant temperature of 90 degrees C, stirring reaction for 20-24 hours, filtering and drying by suction.
