▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Improving soil containing black glaze comprises (i) mixing 22-28 pts. wt. black soil, 1-3 pts. wt. borax, 3-4 pts. wt. nano graphene, and 20 pts. wt. water at 120 degrees C for 20 minutes, stirring at 600-800 revolutions/minutes (rpm) to obtain mixed solution, adjusting the pH value to 8.5, adding 1.2-1.6 wt.% black soil, stirring at 60-70 degrees C of for 3-4 hours, filtering, rinsing with deionized water until it is neutral, drying, using 60 cobalt- gamma X-ray irradiation in irradiation treatment for 12-14 minutes under total dose of radiation is 16-20 kGy to obtain black modified material, and (ii) mixing 22-26 pts. wt. black modified material, 12-18 pts. wt. metakaolin, 6-10 pts. wt. inorganic clay, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. trisodium phosphate, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. ammonium phosphate, 0.06-0.16 pts. wt. lignin fiber, and 0.04-0.08 pts. wt. sodium lignosulfonate, and placing black soil-containing glaze in a fast ball mill, and grinding at 45-50 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours under humidity is 70-75%. USE - The method is useful for improving soil containing black glaze. ADVANTAGE - The black glaze: improves bonding strength and molding stability, fluidity of the glaze; has smooth glaze, bright color, and strong corrosion resistance; ensures compressive strength and stability and prolonged service life; promotes the adsorption of the blank; increases compactness and firmness; and is economical.
