NOVELTY - Carbon nanotubes are immerged in an ultra-low temperature tub. The immersed carbon nanotubes are injected in liquid water, and thermal shock is applied to carbon nanotubes. The ultra-low temperature tubes are formed by liquid nitrogen or liquid argon, to obtain graphene nanoribbon. USE - Manufacture of graphene nanoribbon (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene nanoribbon is manufactured by simple method, without oxidization or reduction process.
