NOVELTY - Low-dilution surfacing flux-cored wire comprises a low-carbon steel belt and a medicine core powder. The medicine core comprises 0.018-0.036 wt.% graphene, 4.8-7.2 wt.% boron iron, 0.6-1.8 wt.% ferrosilicon, 0.24-0:0.72 wt.% nano zirconium oxide, 012-0 6 wt.%.% potassium fluotitanate, 036-1 wt.,0.2-1 pts.% aluminum-magnesium alloy, 1-3 pts.-1-3 pt.-3% manganese and iron (balance amount). USE - Low-dilution surfacing flux-cored wire used in modern manufacturing industry for repairing and remanufacturing metal components and surfacing welding technology for resurfacing welding. ADVANTAGE - The surfacing flux-cored welding wire has low dilution rate, good for improving molten pool characteristics to reduce dilution, greatly improves the material utilization rate and overlaying alloy component content level, and excellent overlaying welding. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing low-dilution flux-cored welding wire for surfacing welding, which involves rolling low-carbon steel strip into a U shape with a forming roll, adding flux core powder to the U-shaped groove at 12-15% of total weight of the welding wire through a powder feeding device, closing the U-shaped groove to wrap the drug core, drawing and reducing diameter through the wire drawing die, and the finally making diameter reach of 1.6-1.2 mm to obtain the final product.
