NOVELTY - Special-shaped carbon fiber base biological film electrode material comprises special-shaped cross section carbon fiber fabric electrode base material and biological film loaded on the electrode base material, where the special-shaped cross-section carbon fiber fabric electrode substrate comprises a special-shaped cross-section carbon fiber fabric and graphene and polypyrrole loaded between the surface and the carbon fiber gap, the polypyrrole is loaded on the graphene surface to form polypyrrole nano-wire, forming a three-dimensional nano conductive network structure. USE - Special-shaped carbon fiber base biological film electrode material use for bio-film electrolytic treatment of organic waste water (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The special-shaped carbon fiber base biological film electrode material has high circuit density and high organic waste water degradation rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparation of the special-shaped carbon fiber-based bio-film electrode material, which involves preparing the carbon fiber with the thickness of 0.05-1mm by the carbon fiber with the abnormal cross section; dipping and absorbing the carbon fiber fabric in the graphene oxide solution, filtering, and then reducing to obtain the carbon fiber fabric loaded with graphene; using the carbon fiber fabric loaded with graphene as working electrode, taking platinum electrode as counter electrode, silver/silver chloride as reference electrode, constructing three-electrode system, soaking in the electrolyte containing pyrrole monomer and Sodium perchlorategrowing polypyrrole nano-wire on the surface of the carbon fiber fabric loaded with graphene by electrochemical deposition process; obtaining the carbon fiber electrode substrate with abnormal cross section; using the special-shaped cross section carbon fiber electrode substrate as working electrode, platinum electrode as counter electrode, silver/silver chloride as reference electrode, constructing three-electrode system, soaking in the electrolyte inoculated with electro-active microorganism, through direct current to culture, obtaining the special carbon fiber base biological film electrode material; the electrolyte comprises carbon source, phosphate buffer solution, vitamin and microelement.
