NOVELTY - An electrode comprises electrode carrier of the electrode attached with a noble metal composition, where the noble metal composition comprises 10-20 wt.% noble metal, 40-60 wt.% polylactic acid modified polycarbonate copolymer and 20-50 wt.% graphene oxide, the noble metal is an alloy of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium and iridium, the electrode is prepared by using noble metal particle and a polylactic acid-modified polycarbonate copolymer, uniformly mixing by a V-type mixer, subjecting to high-frequency induction thermal plasma, releasing body device into a plasma atmosphere under an argon atmosphere and recovering generated fine powder by a filter to obtain composite particles, adding graphene oxide to the composite particles, thoroughly mixing y a planetary mill to obtain a mixed powder, drying the mixed powder, heating and continuously injecting, placing electrode carrier at the outlet to obtain the finished product.
