NOVELTY - Graphene topcoat comprises 0.5-3 wt.% modified graphene, 50-70 wt.% resin, 10-20 wt.% pigment, 5-10 wt.% filling material, 5-10 wt.% thinner, 0.1-5 wt.% dispersant, 0.01-0.1 wt.% UV absorber, 0.2-0.5 wt.% coupling agent and 10-20 wt.% curing agent Desmodur 3390. USE - Graphene topcoat. ADVANTAGE - The graphene surface treatment process enables to prepare a topcoat with the modified graphene, so that the graphene has a certain migration performance, and the anticorrosion performance and anti-aging performance of the topcoat are greatly improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a surface treatment method of modified graphene, which involves weighing 10-40 wt.% Fischer-Tropsch wax, 10-30 wt.% polyethylene wax, 1-5 wt.% titanate coupling agent and 0.5-5 wt.% silane coupling agent, mixing the weighed materials, heating to 150 degrees C to form a liquid state, adding physically exfoliated oligo-layer graphene with a sheet diameter of no more than 100 microns and stirring, crushing the above graphene mixture, adding to 60-20 mesh quasi-spherical quartz sand at a ratio of 2-5%, stirring for more than 30 minutes in a high-speed mixer at a speed greater than 1400 rpm, taking out the mixture, placing the mixture in cold water, where the graphene floats on the water, separating the graphene floating on the surface, drying at 45 degrees C for use, and calcining precipitated quartz sand and reusing; and (2) a method for preparing graphene topcoat, which involves mixing a portion of the thinner and materials other than graphene uniformly, grinding to the required fineness, adding graphene slowly while stirring, and adjusting the solid content and viscosity by using diluent.
