NOVELTY - Bipolar membrane comprises cation interaction layer, an intermediate interface layer comprising an aqueous polyurethane layer and nano metal particles dispersed in the aqueous polyurethane layer and an anion exchange layer are sequentially connected, where the cation exchange layer and the anion exchange layer loaded with a graphene oxide layer facing away from the intermediate interface layer. USE - Used as bipolar membrane. ADVANTAGE - The bipolar membrane has high hydrolysis efficiency, small membrane resistance, low cell voltage, excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a bipolar membrane (a) blending nano metal particles with the prepolymer of the aqueous polyurethane, adding nano metal particles as a raw material before the preparation of the aqueous polyurethane reaction for reaction blending to obtain a dispersion of the blend solution and (b) loading the dispersion solution prepared in step (a) between the cation exchange layer and the anion exchange layer and forming an intermediate interface layer to obtain a bipolar membrane, where the cation exchange layer is separated from the anion exchange layer and one side of the intermediate interface layer is loaded with a graphene oxide layer.
