NOVELTY - Modified foaming thermoplastic polyurethane comprises a foaming component A and a foaming component B. The foaming component A comprises 60-90 pts. wt. modified thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 6-12 pts. wt. modified foaming agent, 20-30 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.3-1 pts. wt. mildew-proof antibacterial agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.01-0.5 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. toughening agent, 1-2 pts. wt. active agent, 1- 1.5 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, where foaming agent is mixture of nitrite compound and azo compound. The foaming component B comprises 30-40 pts. wt. modified thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 6-12 pts. wt. modified foaming agent, 20-30 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.01-0.5 pts. wt. chain extender and 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-impact preparation. USE - Used as modified foaming thermoplastic polyurethane. ADVANTAGE - The modified foaming thermoplastic polyurethane has strong foaming elasticity, no pollution, strong impact resistance, and mildew and bacteria resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified foaming thermoplastic polyurethane, comprising (i) modifying the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, and pre-modifying the foaming agent, with the crosslinking agent; mildew-proof antibacterial agent; a lubricant; a chain extender; toughening agent; an active agent; reinforcing agent, placing in high speed mixer to mix uniformly, where the mixing speed is 500-800 revolutions/minute, the mixing time is 15-25 minutes to obtain the foaming component A; (ii) adding the foaming component A into a screw extruder to plasticize and disperse; (iii) modifying the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, and pre-modifying the foaming agent with the crosslinking agent, a lubricant, a chain extender, impact resistance of the preparation, placing in high speed mixer to mix uniformly, where the mixing speed is 600-1000 revolutions/minute, the mixing time is 10-15 minutes to obtain the foaming component B; (iv) adding the foaming component B into a screw extruder to plasticize and disperse; and (v) mixing the foaming component A and the foaming component B dispersed in step (ii) and (iv) and extruding by a screw extruder to obtain the modified and foaming thermoplastic polyurethane material.
