▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The detector has a substrate fixed on a PCB circuit board. A light detecting material layer and an electrode layer are arranged on the substrate. The PCB circuit board is formed with a metal hole. An inner portion of a fixing hole is fixed with a metal electrode. The metal electrode is electrically connected with the PCB circuit board. The electrode layer is provided with a graphene electrode. The graphene electrode is embedded in the polyimide film. An amorphous gallium oxide film is located above the graphene electrode. The polyimide film is fixed on the PCB circuit board from top to bottom portion by a fixing screw. A screw portion of the fixing screw is passed through an electrode hole reserved by the graphene electrode. USE - Graphene amorphous gallium oxide thin film solar-blind UV detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector has simple technique, low cost, and mass production, and does not need mask plate, photo-etching, etching and other complex process.
