NOVELTY - Preparing high-concentricity capillary electrophoresis electrochemical detection disk electrode molten ball, comprises (i) winding the electrode lead at one end of the rod-shaped electrode body, and connecting the rod-shaped electrode body with one end of electrode lead by tin soldering, (ii) dipping the other end of rod-shaped electrode body into molten hot-melt adhesive, and forming a concentric hot-melt adhesive round ball through flame melting, (iii) inserting the end of rod-shaped electrode body connected with electrode lead into transparent hard plastic electrode tube with diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of small ball, and matching the hot-melt adhesive ball at one end of the electrode tube with electrode lead screw tube at the other end of the rod-shaped electrode body cooperated to achieve concentric alignment, and (iv) injecting pouring sealant into electrode tube, and curing to obtain final product. USE - The high-concentricity capillary electrophoresis electrochemical detection disk electrode is useful in capillary electrophoresis electrochemical detection of phenols and saccharide components (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode has high concentricity, overall transparency, and easy to align with capillary outlet; and the method has rich raw materials, low production costs, easy production and high product yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high-concentricity capillary electrophoresis electrochemical detection disk electrode molten ball obtained by above method, where the electrode includes rod-shaped electrode body, transparent hard plastic electrode tube, electrode lead, and transparent pouring sealant, the electrode body is packaged at one end of electrode tube, the bottom is disc-shaped, one end of the electrode lead is connected with one end of the electrode body by winding and tin soldering, and is led out from the other end of the electrode tube, and the electrode body and part of electrode lead is sealed in the transparent hard plastic electrode tube through transparent pouring sealant.
