▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Improving graphene polymer matrix dispersibility comprises mixing polymer material and graphene with lewis acid catalyst in the ratio 100:3-10:0.1-2 and carrying out the reaction. USE - The method is useful for improving graphene polymer matrix dispersibility (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the aggregation and enhances the thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polymer-graphene complex material comprising: (i) mixing polymer material, graphene and lewis acid catalyst, heating above the melting point polymer material, carrying out thermal decomposition, where the ratio of polymer material, graphene and louis acid catalyst is 100:3-10:0.1-2; (ii) carrying out extraction treatment of step (i) resultant to remove the lewis acid catalyst to obtain the polymer-graphene complex masterbatch; and (iii) mixing masterbatch and pure polymer, heating above the melting point of the polymer and mixing, where the graphene polymer-graphene complex material amount is 0.1-2%.
