▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Carbon nano tube/graphene modified metal/oxide nano energy-containing composite film, is claimed. The film is obtained by (i) taking carbon nanotube powder, ultrasonically dispersing it in a mixed acid composed of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, performing low-pressure homogenization treatment, placing in deionized water for washing, stirring and washing filter/centrifuging to obtain carboxylation resulting carbon nanotube solution; (ii) ultrasonically dispersing sulfur-doped graphene and graphene nanoribbons in water respectively to form a sulfur-doped graphene suspension and a graphene nanoribbon suspension; (iii) ultrasonically dispersing the nanoscale metal elemental powder and metal oxide powder in acetone to form a metal elemental nanoparticle solution and a metal oxide nanoparticle solution; (iv) mixing carboxylated carbon nanotube solution and sulfur-doped graphene suspension to obtain carbon nanotubes/sulfur-doped graphene mixed solution. USE - Used as carbon nano tube/graphene modified metal/oxide nano energy-containing composite film. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nano tube/graphene modified metal/oxide nano energy-containing composite film can effectively promote the effective mass transfer in the micro-structure of the layered composite material, the more metal nano-particles are oxidized, so as to release more energy in the reaction.
