NOVELTY - Metal-organic framework/iron-manganese composite catalytic membrane electrode and its manufacturing comprises: synthesizing polycrystalline catalyst by hybrid loading of metal-organic framework (MOP) and iron-manganese composite nanoparticles through graphene oxide, using polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as electrode membrane support layer and filter layer, and using conductive material as substrate for phase inversion preparation. USE - The metal-organic framework/iron-manganese composite catalytic membrane electrode is useful in sewage treatment. ADVANTAGE - None given.
