NOVELTY - A high barrier polyurethane self-repairing composition comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 55-65 pts. wt. polyol, 3-8 pts. wt. chain extender, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene microcapsule, 1-2 pts. wt. anti-aging auxiliary agent, 2-6 pts. wt. talc powder, and 1-3 pts. wt. catalyst. The graphene microcapsule is double-wrapped structure. The wall material is methyl acrylonitrile. The core material of the center is silica sol. The middle core material between the wall material and the core material is graphene oxide. USE - High barrier polyurethane self-repairing composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent self-repairing function, when heated, it can quickly realize micro-trace repair, has excellent barrier property, can effectively prevent the external water vapor and salt corrosion, and has good protective effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the composition comprising adding polyisocyanate, polyol, and chain extender into a reactor under the protection of inert gas at 85-100degreesC, stirring for 30 minutes, adding the graphene microcapsule and catalyst into the reactor, stirring, mixing until the detected isocyanate group in the reaction liquid reaches the theoretical value, adding the anti-aging auxiliary agent and talc powder into the reactor under vacuum environment, continuously stirring, and removing air bubbles, obtaining high barrier polyurethane composition with self-repairing function.
