NOVELTY - Plastic packaging material comprises 100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 6-12 pts. wt. ethylene-octene copolymer, 2.5-6 pts. wt. polyethylene, 1.2-2.5 pts. wt. polyisobutylene, 1.2-2.4 pts. wt. 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane, 10 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 1.2-2.5 pts. wt. hydrogen silicone oil, 1.2-3.6 pts. wt. synthetic plant ester, 0.5-1.6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.25-0.8 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 0.15-0.5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.6-1.3 pts. wt. modified calcium sulfate crystal whisker, and 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - The plastic packaging material is useful for loading articles, food products, and medicinal products. ADVANTAGE - The plastic packaging material has good product flexibility, good stretch-proof performance, and good economic benefit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing plastic packaging material comprising (1) mixing montmorillonite and hydrogen-containing silicone oil, and ball-milling for 30-50 minutes at a rotational speed of 600-750 revolutions/minute to obtain pretreated montmorillonite, (2) stirring and mixing nano-silicon dioxide, graphene, modified calcium sulfate crystal whisker and pretreated montmorillonite to obtain a mixture a, (3) placing polypropylene, ethylene-octene copolymer, linear high density polyethylene, polyisobutylene,2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane, synthetic plant ester, silane coupling agent and antioxidant into reaction kettle, heating to 180-185℃, adding obtained mixture after stirring and mixing for 3 minutes, heating to 190℃, stirring and mixing mixture to obtain mixture b, (4) dividing mixture b into three equal parts, adding to No. 1 hopper, No. 2 hopper and No. 3 hopper of the extruder, and activating heating device to preheat die and the extruder for 40 minutes, co-casting extrusion through T-die of extruder, inflate in flowing state, and cooling to shape, and (5) performing acupuncture on surface of obtained three-layer plastic film to obtain evenly distributed micropores, and flattening, trimming and rolling to obtain a plastic packaging material.
