▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A regenerated polyethylene and graphene composite electroconductive material comprises 100 pts. wt. regenerated polyethylene, 3-10 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.1-10 pts. wt. graphene microchips, 2-18 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.3-1 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-25 pts. wt. filler. The graphene microchips are modified by spraying dispersant on surface of the microchips, providing in a kneader, and stirring at 95-105 degrees C for 15-30 minutes. USE - Regenerated polyethylene and graphene composite electroconductive material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The regenerated polyethylene and graphene composite electroconductive material has excellent physical and mechanical properties, and reduced surface resistivity by 104 or less. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of regenerated polyethylene and graphene composite electroconductive material, which involves adding graphene microchips to kneading machine, surface-treating the microchips by spraying dispersant, adding 45-55 pts. wt. polyethylene and antioxidant, mixing at 85-105 degrees C for 20-60 minutes, adding resultant product to twin-screw extruder, extruding at 140-225 degrees C, adding remaining polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate, compatibilizer and filler, mixing, extruding, and granulating.
