▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Single-component addition type heat-conducting bonding agent comprises 20-150 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 10-750 pts. wt. heat conducting filler, 10-750 pts. wt. surface treatment agent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. tackifier, 0.01-0.5 pts. wt. pH value regulator, 0.1-10 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, 0.1-1 pts. wt. catalyst and 0.1-1 pts. wt. inhibitor. The surface treatment agent is silane with a boiling point higher than 210degrees Celsius and a silane with the boiling point lower than 160degrees Celsius. The tackifier comprises titanic acid ester coupling agent. USE - The bonding agent is useful in bonding and sealing of electrical control box (claimed) and in the fields of induction cooker, microwave oven and PTC ceramic heater. ADVANTAGE - The bonding agent has high stability, thermal conductivity and adhesiveness, good tensile strength and elongation when cured, even without adding reinforcing filler. The method: has simple production technique, no pollution and no by-product generation and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing single-component addition type heat-conducting bonding agent comprising (1) taking the vinyl silicone oil, adding the heat conducting filler, stirring uniformly at 80-150degrees Celsius, dropping the surface treatment agent, (2) cooling, adding the tackifier, stirring uniformly at 60-65degrees Celsius, where adding a part of titanic acid ester coupling agent and (3) cooling, adding the remaining amount of titanic acid ester coupling agent, hydrogen containing polysiloxane, pH value regulator, catalyst and inhibitor and stirring uniformly to obtain the product.
