NOVELTY - Preparing iron-carbon micro-electrolysis filler formed by reducing isolation layer by rare earth carbonization, comprises (i) taking iron, carbon, yttrium, cerium and tungsten, mixing uniformly, placing into the sintering furnace, (ii) crushing the cooled mixed metal block by a crusher and grinding to nano-grade mixed metal powder by a grinder, (iii) placing graphene powder, ytterbium powder, scandium chloride powder and thickening agent into mixer cabin, (iv) adding mixed metal powder into the mixer bin filled with paste mixed liquid, fully mixing uniformly, carbonizing the mixed metal powder slurry surface, and cooling without oxygen, (v) taking the mixed metal powder, adding proper coupling agent, placing into a stirrer, uniformly adding natural rubber juice, fully stirring and reacting for 30-45 minutes, pouring into the pill making mold and introducing to the microwave high temperature furnace for drying and sintering for 10-12 hours at 60-960degrees Celsius, and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing iron-carbon micro-electrolysis filler formed by reducing isolation layer by rare earth carbonization. ADVANTAGE - The method does not contain metal elements, and avoids the bonding and hardening of iron-carbon micro-electrolytic fillers caused by metal passivation.
