NOVELTY - The method involves using water washing graphite glaze ball to prepare graphene grade carbon particle, and using the grade of carbon particles mixed in acidic or alkaline or salt composite conductive water to prepare graphite alkenyl composite conductive water to prepare hydrogen electrolyte (AA). The electrolyte is added between the positive electrode plate (A4) and the negative plate (A5) in the electrolytic cell (A) with the blocking bubble filter screen (A3) for preparing hydrogen. The rising of bubbles generated in the electrolysis process are blocked by the bubble filter screen fixed by the grid plate (A1) set below the water nozzle (A2) in the electrolytic cell. The water is sprayed by the water nozzle to clean and block bubble filter screen at any time, so as to ensure smooth discharge of hydrogen or mixed oxyhydrogen. USE - Method for preparing graphene carbon particles and hydrogen by electrolyte. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of conveniently preparing the graphene grade carbon particles used for preparing the hydrogen electrolyte. The electric quantity density is increased, while reducing the resistance, and greatly improving the efficiency of preparing hydrogen.
