▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A conductive powder comprises a conductive polymer powder containing ( pi )-conjugated conductive polymer and polyanion, and graphene. The mass ratio of the ( pi )-conjugated conductive polymer and the polyanion is (1:0.5)-(1:1). USE - Conductive powder used for forming coating material for forming electrode (all claimed) for battery e.g. lithium-ion secondary battery. Can also be used for forming capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The conductive powder has excellent conductivity and battery characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) coating material, which comprises the conductive powder and a binder component; (2) manufacture of the conductive powder, which involves adding a catalyst and an oxidizing agent to a reaction solution containing a monomer capable of forming ( pi )-conjugated conductive polymer, polyanion, and water, oxidatively polymerizing the monomer to form the conductive polymer powder containing the ( pi )-conjugated conductive polymer and the polyanion, separating the conductive polymer powder from the reaction solution to obtain the conductive powder by mixing the separated conductive polymer powder and graphene; and (3) manufacture of electrode, which involves applying the coating material to at least portion of the base material and curing the coating film formed on the base material to form conductive layer, and forming the electrode having the conductive layer on at least a portion of the base material.
