NOVELTY - Method for preparing binder involves (a) adding 12-16 pts. wt. graphene to 65-70 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid solution having a pH of 5.6-5.8 and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion at ultrasonic frequency of 600-800 Hz for 25-35 minutes to obtain a graphene dispersion liquid, (b) irradiating broad bean starch with far infrared rays at a wavelength of 12-16 microns for 10-20 minutes to obtain pre-treated broad bean starch, (c) adding 8-12 pts. wt. graphene dispersion liquid, 20-24 pts. wt. pre-treated starch, 2.2-3.2 pts. wt. 4-carboxyphenyl butyl carbonate, 3-4 pts. wt. nano-sodium phosphomolybdate and 1-2 pts. wt. calcium chloride in a magnetic stirrer and stirring at 75-95 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixture and (d) drying, crushing and screening the mixture. USE - The binder is useful in the biomass particle fuel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The binder has improved stability and uniform distribution in raw material of fuel, increases interaction between components, avoids wear of mold for preparing biomass particle fuel, prolongs life of molding machine, improves molding rate, product density and durability of fuel, and improves fuel burning rate.
