NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene composite silicon aerogel heat insulation material, involves (a) taking ethyl orthosilicate, ethanol and water, uniformly stirring and mixing, adding hydrochloric acid for enabling pH value, leaving still and completely hydrolyzing, (b) taking graphene oxide solution with certain solid content and pH value, and performing ultrasonic mixing process, (c) soaking fiber felt in obtained graphene-silica gel composite felt, taking out fiber felt, placing in heating table, and heating, (d) sequentially adding absolute ethanol/water mixed solution and absolute ethanol/ethyl orthosilicate mixed solution to obtaine graphene-silica gel composite felt for performing aging treatment, adding n-hexane for performing solvent replacement, performing modification process in trimethylchlorosilane/n-hexane mixed solution, and performing atmospheric pressure drying treatment on graphene composite silicon aerogel thermal insulation felt. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene composite silicon aerogel heat insulation material. ADVANTAGE - The method does not change the production process of silica aerogel felt, needs to be added before forming of silica aerogel, is simple, does not easy to fall off large amount of powder due to external force and other factors, and reduces the powder dropping problem of aerogel felt. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene composite silicon aerogel heat insulation material, involves (a) taking ethyl orthosilicate, ethanol and water in a molar ratio of 1:(1.5-10):(1-4), uniformly stirring and mixing, adding hydrochloric acid for enabling pH value of solution to 3-5, leaving still at room temperature, and completely hydrolyzing to obtain silicon precursor solution, (b) taking graphene oxide solution with certain solid content and pH value, and performing ultrasonic mixing process with silicon precursor, and gradually adding ammonia for adjusting pH value of mixed solution to 7-9, and adding small amount of N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain graphene-silicon dioxide sol, (c) soaking fiber felt in obtained graphene-silica gel composite felt, taking out fiber felt, placing in heating table, and heating at 70 degrees C to obtain formed graphene-silica gel composite felt, (d) sequentially adding absolute ethanol/water mixed solution and absolute ethanol/ethyl orthosilicate mixed solution to obtained graphene-silica gel composite felt for performing aging treatment, adding n-hexane for performing solvent replacement, performing modification process in trimethylchlorosilane/n-hexane mixed solution, and performing atmospheric pressure drying treatment on graphene composite silicon aerogel thermal insulation felt.
