USE - Heat-treating solution preparation of self-supporting porous graphene thin film used for supercapacitor and electrochemical energy storage device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Heat-treating solution preparation of self-supporting porous graphene thin film involves adding graphite oxide to water, ultrasonically treating, dispersing for 0.5-10 hours, to obtain graphene oxide aqueous dispersion liquid, concentrating the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion liquid by evaporating at 20-100 degrees C under reduced pressure or normal pressure, applying the concentrated graphene oxide aqueous dispersion liquid on a flat substrate, drying at room temperature to form graphene oxide film, adding heat-treating solution into a reactor with polytetrafluoroethylene lining, immersing graphene oxide film in the heat-treating solution, and washing the heat-treated film until is neutral. The heat-treatment solution contains solute which is sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid and/or boric acid, and potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and/or lithium hydroxide.
