NOVELTY - Heat-treating solution preparation of self-supporting porous graphene thin film involves adding graphite oxide to water, ultrasonically treating, dispersing, to obtain graphene oxide aqueous dispersion liquid, concentrating graphene oxide aqueous dispersion liquid, applying the concentrated graphene oxide aqueous dispersion liquid on flat substrate, drying at room temperature to form graphene oxide film, adding heat-treating solution into a reactor with polytetrafluoroethylene lining, immersing graphene oxide film in the solution, and washing the heat-treated film until is neutral. USE - Heat-treating solution preparation of self-supporting porous graphene thin film used for supercapacitor and electrochemical energy storage device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Heat-treating solution preparation of self-supporting porous graphene thin film involves adding graphite oxide to water, ultrasonically treating, dispersing for 0.5-10 hours, to obtain graphene oxide aqueous dispersion liquid, concentrating the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion liquid by evaporating at 20-100 degrees C under reduced pressure or normal pressure, applying the concentrated graphene oxide aqueous dispersion liquid on a flat substrate, drying at room temperature to form graphene oxide film, adding heat-treating solution into a reactor with polytetrafluoroethylene lining, immersing graphene oxide film in the heat-treating solution, and washing the heat-treated film until is neutral. The heat-treatment solution contains solute which is sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid and/or boric acid, and potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and/or lithium hydroxide.
