NOVELTY - Preparation of UV photodetector involves dispersing zinc stannate/graphene composite material in absolute ethanol, placing in centrifuge tube, cleaning interdigital electrode in deionized water and absolute ethanol, placing in centrifuge tube, placing centrifuge tube in centrifuge for centrifugation, erasing material on both sides of electrode, and drying in heating plate. USE - Preparation of UV photodetector. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent repeatability, and is performed under mild reaction conditions, and provides UV photodetector with high purity and improved performance.
