▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Sensor (2), comprises a set of electrically conductive particles, at least part of the conductive particles constituting a conductive network, an electrical property of which is function of arrangement of conductive particles constituting the conductive network, the arrangement being modifiable, more than 90 wt.% of conductive particles, known as elongated conductive particles, having form factor greater than 2 and a thickness less than 20000 nm, a ceramic phase for protecting conductive network, ceramic phase having ceramic particles, ceramic phase having more than 90 wt.% ceramic particles having a length of 0.1-100 mu m, called fine ceramic particles, conductive particles made of material having electrical resistivity, measured at 20 degrees C of less than 1 motion and the ceramic particles made of material having electrical resistivity, measured at 20 degrees C, greater than 1 Omega , the arrangement of conductive particles being modifiable in that, under effect of stress. USE - The sensor is useful for controlling target room at temperature above 400 degrees C (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor: monitors physical state of target part in environment at temperature above 400 degrees C; utilizes ceramic phase that to improves compatibility with target parts made of ceramic or glass-ceramic material generally used in high temperature applications; is takes form of wire, assembly of threads, or textile, form of nonwoven, woven fabric, or knitted fabric can memorize any stress that has led to damage to the target part; and makes it possible to detect very low tension and compression deformations which appear on target part during damage phase, thus measuring state of fatigue.
