▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polyacrylate/graphene coating liquid is made by reacting raw materials of the coating liquid in the presence of an initiator. The coating liquid raw materials include acrylic monomers, styrene, acrylic acid and modified water-based graphene. The modified water-based graphene is made by reacting acrylic acid, acrylamide and graphene in the presence of an initiator. USE - Polyacrylate/graphene coating liquid used for high-barrier coating, which further used for high-barrier film material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyacrylate/graphene coating liquid has low raw material prices and simple production process, which is suitable for popularization and use in large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a preparation method of polyacrylate/graphene coating liquid, which involves mixing acrylic acid, acrylamide and graphene, and then reacting in the presence of an initiator to obtain modified aqueous graphene, and mixing acrylic ester monomers, styrene, acrylic acid, and the modified water-based graphene, and then reacting in the presence of an initiator to obtain a polyacrylate/graphene coating solution; (2) a high-barrier coating is formed by drying the coating liquid on the base film, where the coating liquid is the polyacrylate/graphene coating liquid; and (3) a high-barrier film material comprises a base film layer, a coating layer and a release protective film layer in sequential contact, where the coating is the high-barrier coating.
