NOVELTY - Method for growing graphene/carbon nanotube-reinforced titanium-based solder involves carrying out plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition of nickel nitrate-titanium hydride composite powder under hydrogen atmosphere for 15-45 minutes, supplying methane gas, carrying out plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition of composite powder under argon atmosphere, cooling to obtain graphene/carbon nanotube-reinforced titanium hydride composite powder, mixing graphene/carbon nanotube-reinforced titanium hydride composite powder and metal powder, grinding, and growing the mixture. USE - Method for growing graphene/carbon nanotube-reinforced titanium-based solder (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for growing graphene/carbon nanotube-reinforced titanium-based solder involves mixing nickel nitrate hexahydrate and titanium hydride in ethanol, heating to 80-100 degrees C, magnetically stirring, grinding to obtain nickel nitrate-titanium hydride composite powder, carrying out plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition of the composite powder using a vacuum apparatus at 500-560 degrees C under hydrogen atmosphere for 15-45 minutes, supplying methane gas, carrying out plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition of the composite powder under argon atmosphere, cooling to obtain graphene/carbon nanotube-reinforced titanium hydride composite powder, mixing graphene/carbon nanotube-reinforced titanium hydride composite powder and metal powder, grinding, and growing the mixture. The mass ratio of nickel nitrate hexahydrate and titanium hydride is 1:(1-10). The metal powder contains zirconium, copper, nickel, silver, niobium, cobalt and/or tin.
